I’m used to being treated like a burden, like someone who doesn’t belong, especially by people who judge a book by its cover. I don’t have much—in fact, the chicken Caesar salad I ordered cost me three days’ worth of food money. It was a big splurge. But Gigi changed everything. She welcomed me in without hesitation, grabbed a menu, and said, “Come in, come in, we’ve got plenty of time to take care of you.” She smiled, looked me in the eyes, and carried herself with an energy that was genuine—not over-the-top or fake in that typical “customer service voice.” Her kindness was real. Being from Arkansas and living below the poverty line often makes me feel invisible to most people—at best ignored, at worst shamed. But Gigi saw a human being who was nervous and struggling, and she met me with compassion and warmth. She knew I wasn’t going to be a big tipper. Even if I tipped 100%, it likely wouldn’t have made a big difference in her night. And yet she treated me like I was the most important guest she’d seen all day. The only downside was the Caesar salad itself—the chicken was dark meat, pre-chopped, and honestly, not very appetizing. I chose TooJay’s hoping to eat something higher quality than fast food, and the presentation of that salad fell short. I understand inflation has hit everyone hard, but a 20 salad like that was disappointing—especially when your brand is known for quality meats. But then Gigi offered me a small pastry sample—and it was absolutely to die for. And because of her, I will absolutely come back and try something else. I want to support this location because Gigi works there. She is a testament to your company’s values and represents the kind of integrity that shows up whether or not anyone’s watching. Pay her. I recently visited TooJay's in Boynton Beach, and I have to say, their pastrami sandwich is absolutely top-notch! From the first bite, I could tell the pastrami was perfectly seasoned, tender, and piled high on fresh rye bread. The meat had just the right amount of smokiness and was so flavorful that it practically melted in my mouth. The sandwich was served warm with a generous portion of crispy pickles and a side of coleslaw, which complemented the richness of the pastrami perfectly. I also appreciated the friendly service—our server was attentive, and the food came out quickly despite the busy lunchtime crowd. If you're a fan of classic deli sandwiches, you must try the pastrami at TooJay's. It’s as good as any NYC deli and a real hidden gem in Boynton Beach. I’ll definitely be back for another!

Went to the TooJays Deli at 398 North a Congress ave with my dad and grandpa the service was amazing Stacy was so sweet and a wonderful server food came out very quick and hot loved it all will be coming back.

We're regulars and Stacy is usually out server. She's always super helpful and polite. She knows the menu and makes helpful suggestions. The food is rarely less than great and even if it is the problem is always solved.

We always enjoy eating at TooJay’s because of the variety of choices on the menu and the custom made daily soups. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable for food, and TooJay’s did not mark up egg prices like other restaurants during the egg shortage.

Stacy was amazing! She was so warm and friendly that I forgot we had just met. She was very accommodating with my kids and making sure they got a meal they would enjoy! Their menu is expansive and everything is absolutely delicious!!!

Took my mother here for dinner, and she said that everything tasted just like her grandmother's cooking. The latkes were crispy and delicious. Matzo ball soup was the best I ever had! Portions were plentiful and prices were reasonable for what you got. Our server was patient and attentive. We were too full to sample the desserts, but we will plan better next time . We will definitely be going back, this is my new favorite restaurant!

Janice is really nice. Very friendly. She goes above & beyond. Great waitress, always checking to make sure everything is good. The best waitress I have had in a very long time. Would highly recommend her. Definitely 5 Stars .
